Fraser is passionate about the musical, health and personal benefits of singing, and in teaching, promotes musical development and confidence.

Fraser studied under Alan Watt, George Gordon, Edward Caswell and Marilyn Smith at the Royal Conservatoire of Scotland and is equally at home as a member of a consort or as a soloist.

Particular interests include music ranging from the art song of British composers to sacred music from the renaissance and baroque, particularly Gregorian Chant. Fraser’s teaching method focuses on vocal flexibility, purity of sound, effective support and blending the registers.

Fraser offers free tuition in Gregorian Chant through the Schola Cantorum of Cantores Matris Dei.
